LUOGO: Pescara ANNO: 2024
The task was to create a comfortable space. The concept is a balance of shape, lines and materials. The atmosphere of the open space is given by the large floor to ceiling windows. The first floor consists of an open space and through large windows you can access the terrace and enjoy the view of the park. Through a cantilevered staircase you can access the upper floor where there is a study and a space to relax and is possible to enjoy the view of the floor below and the view of the park. On this level is located the master bedroom and the en suite bathroom with all comfort.
